Where we ship
IronMeal ships to street addresses in the United States. All orders ship from our US warehouses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.

Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days to pack and ship your order.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days after your order ships.
- Total: most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of purchase.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays or bad weather.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. We can update it only before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address, and you may be asked to pay the shipping cost again.
Lost, late or damaged packages
Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or if your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund policy for a free replacement or refund.
